In 2005, when hurricane Wilma destroyed our existing landscape, it felt
as if our place might never feel like home again.
Zito Landscape Design changed that for us. They listened to our
preferences and ideas, then quickly constructed a truly beautiful and
livable land design around us.
Our Zito landscape needs little special maintenance. They reduced the
amount of our lawn area, installing native shrubs and groundcovers that
are attractive to us as well as to butterflies and other wildlife. We
were even able to become certified with the county and nationally as a
wildlife habitat!
Zito has also been very attentive to the needs of our landscape as it
has grown and matured; John or Rob check in or stop by to discuss ideas
for its improvement and maintenance. You can tell this company knows
and loves what they do! People often tell us how beautiful they think
our place is. One visitor even thought the waterfall Zito created in
our small pond was natural!
We never thought we would be thankful for a hurricane, but the damage
it brought opened the door for us to have a true design to our
landscape that we never had before.
