Extremely disappointed! Wowzser--what a terrible job cleaning they do.

I called Wowzser Cleaning Service (yes, that is how they spell it) to clean my small condo before a Holiday. They did not clean it at all. Definition of "Clean": "Make something free of dirt, marks, or mess."
They left food residue on the counters, dishes, pots, pans (lids) and utensils. I had to rewash everything. The residue was more than just a spot here or there it was on practically every dish, fork, and spoon. The pots and pans were even worse (there was residue circling the pots and pans). The lids to the pots and pans weren't even rinsed (let alone washed), just put away.
The kitchen sink was not cleaned. The faucet and rim was wiped and shiny, but the sink itself was scummy. I cleaned it and it turned my white brush--brown.
The bath tub/shower wasn't cleaned at all. There was hair left in several locations, soap residue (conditioner) and regular soap left on the tub, so I know they didn't clean it. The faucet was also spotted like it is when you get out of the shower. The bathroom counter, sink, sink-faucet were wiped and clean looking, but the sink was apparently just gone over and not scrubbed. The mirrors were cleaned.
My bedroom fan was dusted like I had requested. My bed was in the process of being made and I actually had to tell her I'd like the sheets changed.
They did not shake out the small rugs they just vacuumed them. They did vacuum the carpet quickly.
I didn't see them sweep or mop the floors and I confronted the daughter, Jasmin on it and she said that Elvira, her mom, "uses a rag and a handle to mop." Well I assumed that she mopped while I was working, but she didn't.
Unfortunately, I did not inspect their work before they left and when they left I had to run to the store to prepare for my Holiday dinner. When I got back I had to start cooking and that is when I found the counters were not clean, then the dishes, pots, pans, etc. were all unclean to the point of unsanitary. I found more and more grime and dirt even into the next day; the final "cherry on top" was the bathroom floor--around the toilet and trash can there were huge dust bunnies and dirt which prompted me to inspect the rest of the flooring. I found more dirt in the kitchen. Very apparently not swept.
I spent that evening and the next morning cleaning (and taking pictures and video of the mess) the mess they did not clean.

After I mopped the kitchen--my mop (swiffer wet jet) was black. The bathroom was just as bad.
The daughter spent more time texting on her cell phone and talking to me (even though it was obvious I needed to work (the whole point to me hiring a cleaning service)) than she did cleaning.
They didn't even sweep the porch. Instead the daughter just went out on the balcony and looked out and made a comment to me about where I lived.
To make matters worse they went home with a microfiber cleaning cloth of mine and a sponge. It is too soon to tell if they have taken anything else of mine. I checked all major items like jewelry and electronics and nothing seems to be missing yet, but I am suspicious/concerned due to those smaller items. Also their rolling bag seemed to be fuller when they left than when they arrived, but I did not think to ask to look inside. I continue to check things as I think of them to see if any more items were stolen. I really hope that nothing else is missing.
I do NOT recommend this cleaning service. After having gone to the website on their flyer (bidmycleaning.com) they show positive reviews, but don't be fooled; one of the reviewers is Elvira B. (the mother).
On their flyer they say "satisfaction guaranteed." But when I called Ray(and texted him pictures for proof) to tell him how bad my experience was, he tried to turn it around as though it was my fault. He said that they did not have my cleaning cloth. I pressed the issue further and he said he would check with them; then he got back to me and said "IF they had it he would have them mail it to me." He also said that he would NOT have them come out and re-clean my condo, NOR would he give me a refund. Finally he said the best he could do would be to give me 20% off the cleaning. That would only have been $11. I was not happy about that. He said he would text me, that he would mail me a check for 20% off, but he never did, so I texted him more pictures of the uncleaned items/place. I received NO response.
Two days later I received a text from Jasmin, saying that she was sorry about the rag, that it was only the second time it ever happened and that she would mail it to me.
I texted her back letting her know that I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and the actions I would be taking and had taken.
I will never again hire a cleaning service based on a flyer left on my door.

What they could do differently is actually clean--use cleansers and actually clean the sink/shower/tub with a brush or mildly abrasive scrubbing device. Actually sweep and mop the floors. Don't talk or text.
The whole ordeal was so bad that I will never hire a cleaning service again unless I know them personally, have seen their work, or they come highly recommended by a trustworthy friend.
