Vivetique Mattresses are awful

A few years ago I purchased a King sized mattress, a wool topper, and two twin mattresses through a bedding boutique I knew and trusted. At the time the reputable company I ordered these through was using Vivetique as their vendor for organic mattresses. The total cost of these items purchased was several thousands of dollars. To say we've been disappointed would be an understatement. The mattresses sag badly! The most peculiar and disgusting thing is that they have animal hairs and some sort of grassy materials poking through the fabric - both the wool topper and the mattress itself. I took pictures of the odd material and sent it to the boutique that USE to sell the Vivetique mattress line. They in turn had to fight for months to get Vivetique to replace the mattress. We've now had the replacement mattress for about a year and it's had the same problems, but worse.
It appears that Vivetique is operating as an unprincipled company whose only interest is in unloading a bad product at a premium price. Never did anyone from this company ever follow up to see if we were pleased with the initial purchases let alone the hard-won replacement. NEVER again will they get our business.
