Never buy from this company because they bring buyer beware to a new level. In January I ordered some dishes from Tico Online. I promptly received a conformation email stating my order was completed. I waited the appropriate amount of time for the dishes to arrive and when they didn't I called them. They told me that the item was out of stock. When I asked why I got an order conformation, they told me that I "should have got an email stating the item wasn't in stock and that it would be three weeks until it was in". When I asked why I didn't receive an email stating that, I was told that the email "probably went into my spam folder" (which it didn't). When I asked when my credit card would be refunded I was told I would have to wait a billing cycle on my credit card. It is now March and one email and three phone calls later I still do not have my money and have not heard from these people. Check out Ripoffreport.com to see another customer's complaint.
