Never buy from this company because they bring buyer beware to a new level. In January I ordered some dishes from Tico Online. I promptly received a conformation email stating my order was completed. I waited the appropriate amount of time for the dishes to arrive and when they didn't I called them. They told me that the item was out of stock. When I asked why I got an order conformation, they told me that I "should have got an email stating the item wasn't in stock and that it would be three weeks until it was in". When I asked why I didn't receive an email stating that, I was told that the email "probably went into my spam folder" (which it didn't). When I asked when my credit card would be refunded I was told I would have to wait a billing cycle on my credit card. It is now March and one email and three phone calls later I still do not have my money and have not heard from these people. Check out Ripoffreport.com to see another customer's complaint. And Tico's nasty email response to their customer. Terrible company!!
