Better than the rest!

I wanted to share my positive experience with this company because they have given me so much more than just resolving my tax problem, they given me HOPE of better times ahead, which during this time is a critical thing to have!
I originally selected a larger company (will remain nameless in this review), it seemed like a great deal. The first company's quote was pretty low, but as they dug deeper more charges kept being added on. After paying more and more they told me they couldnt resolve my problem.
I then heard an South Coast Tax ad on my faith channel. My prayers had been answered. When I spoke to them, the quote was higher since everything is boiled into price, but still WAY LESS than the total price I was charged at the other company. I was skeptical, but they held true to not charging for extras along the way!
During the resolution process, everything was going pretty smooth until Covid hit. Everything shut down and Ryan wasnt able to get hold of the IRS for months. He assured me he had done all he could and I was a little nervous, but held faith in that everything would turn out ok. And it did!!!!! I just got the offer back from the IRS and not only are my tax issues fixed, but fixed at 0.1% of what I initially owed!!!!!!!!!!!!
