We had our windows changed about two years ago and had a great experience with each member of the team. So when they called a second time wanting to sell their paint product we were open to hearing about it since we needed to paint our house. The product
sounded amazing and we decided to move forward with this product. We were very specific about a time frame, and we felt a bit frustrated because the project didn't start when they said it would start. We were leaving out of town and we were upfront about this.
My husband would call and they wouldn't get back to us. Then I would call. We had a difficult time communicating with the Forman in charge. He lacked people skills and was condescending at times. The actual men that did the work once they got started worked
hard. We were pleased with the product but I am reluctant to recommend because of the difficulty we had. We are giving 3 stars for the paint product and the care that the two men Joel and Miguel did.
