We reside in Escondido, Ca. Mr. Kennedy Monfiero, owner and director of ONDUTY24-7, cared for my husband Tom after he completed a rehab program at Tri-City Hospital. Kennedy worked with my husband to help keep him mobile. He stayed with us during the week and returned to his home in Long Beach, Ca. on the weekends. Kennedy was well trained and had a very loving relationship with my husband. When a man is disabled and trying to regain his strength and his mobility it is important that a caregiver is consistent and firm but also loving and kind. Kennedy was all of these as he cared for my husband. He was respectful and he also had a fine sense of humor. Many times laughter can help a patient make light of his limitations and still strive to improve his condition. This was the case with Kennedy and my husband. We both value his friendship even today. After my husband improved Kennedy worked together with his wife and family to open his own business. I know Kennedy to be honest, fair, kind and above all well trained. I want to highly recommend his company, ONDUTY24-7, to anyone needing home care after a hospital, rehab or nursing home stay. I feel the people he employs will have the same high standards that Kennedy has set for himself. My husband is 87 years young and is living with the assistance of a pace maker, defibrillator and bi-ventricular wires into his heart. He has received the best of care and we are most grateful for the hand of God that has worked through every person that has helped him on this wonderful journey called life!
