I went to this company by referral, I was in the process of closing on a house I truly got attached to, come to find out my paper work had not been looked at nor touched we went on the word of this person that a loan had indeed been secured. Ended up losing out on buying the property because they lacked on processing the paper then found out they were falsely preparing pre-approval letters. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
