This company has been nothing but deceitful. I purchased a Seymour Venus Fly trap kit + plant for my niece Dec 05, 2008. I ordered it online with the kit to be delivered to my address so I could wrap it for her Christmas gift. I selected the option to have a certificate sent to her that would supply her with a number to log onto to the web site and order the plant to be shipped to her when she was ready. She placed the order and no plant arrived. My sister then placed the order on line a few more times, assuming my niece had done it wrong. Still no plant. They called the company. The gentleman assured them it had been delayed only due to weather and would ship in the spring. Despite many attempts to get the plant shipped, it is now September and it still has not arrived. I emailed the company last week. No response. The item # is 2231 and the order date recorded is 12-05-2008. The order is under the name Theresa Kelliher, with the recipient being Ella Oney.
My advice, avoid this company. There has been no cooperation. If they legitimately made a mistake, forgot, lost the order, whatever, they should be trying to fix this. By ignoring it, it shows guilt, intent to deceive. Not the kind of company you want to deal with.
