I let Mike Diamond come in and make $5,000 worth of repairs only to find out later from a different plumbing company they would have charged $2,000. The worst part? Mike Diamond's crew ruined our heating system while repairing the plumbing and it cost of $11,000 to repair the damage they caused. Would they act responsibly and repair the heating system? Of course not. My insurance company, however, did pay. And then, they sued Mike Diamond and won reimbursement. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN WOULD I USE MIKE DIAMOND. He doesn't smell as good as his commercials say.
