Licari showed us samples of high quality kitchen cabinets then delivered very poor products. Bait and switch. Licari has had more that 6 weeks to give us back our money for a cabinet installation that they did not perform. They still owe us $2000, a cabinet, paint, a filler piece, white shelves and pull out shelves. The money was prepaid. Customer service was terrible. No phone calls were returned. Voice mails were always full. One employee even tried to engage in conversations with my 11 year old daughter without my permission, chasing after our car yelling at my daughter. Promises were made and always broken. Employees engaged in very unprofessional behavior... for example Employees dropped product at delivery and took no responsibility for damage. Licari failed to measure our kitchen a couple of cabinets had to be cut down to fit. Employees hit on and flirted and passed phone numbers on to my contractor's employees.
