The Krup Law group is right on the edge. By that I mean the lawyer Robert Krup seems like a good guy but the whole Loan Modification he lends his group and name too marginal. They take your money up front most of the forms you can get and do fill out by yourself you should just do yourself. All they do is submit to lender. They charge about $2600.00 which is a fair market price.
But, you do all the work not them, there is no talking to them everything is done via email by paralegals who do not follow in a timely manner or even call you back. Not there style again just email or fax. Can be a little nerve racking when you really want to just hear a human voice tell you it's ok.
I would not use them again. Work with your lender directly.
The Krup Law Group - Loan Modification is not truly a scam but it's a painful process with or without a lawyer. You really end up doing all the work they just submit docs take the extra step do it yourself... save your money.
