Previously I posted a review regarding The Krup Law Group that was less than friendly because I admittedly didn't know all the facts. I have discovered that a retraction is warranted. While Krup Law Group was unable to secure a loan modification on our behalf, there is much to be said about a company that owns up to their own errors and accepts partial responsibility when it is warranted. I admire Mr. Krup for the work he does and applaud him for the people his firm is able to help. I unfortunately had odds stacked against me from the get go and my case was not as clear cut as others they deal with. I do not harbor any ill will against this firm for not being able to fix my problems. It would be wrong of me to even attempt to blame them for the entire outcome of our case knowing the loan servicers they were up against. As with every situation in life mistakes can happen and in all honesty, it is my opinion that Krup Law did make certain mistakes along the way. Do I think in lieu of these mistakes that my situation would have had a different outcome-NO! I gave Krup Law a difficult task and appreciate the time and effort they put into our case. I most certainly appreciate the care, kindness and respect they exuded during the majority of our phone calls. I think Krup Law is a legitimate company interested in helping people and would still recommend their services to anyone out there. Most importantly, I appreciate their ability to own up to their imperfections and think this quality is what sets them apart from the rest.
