Classic run-around. The wrong flowers were sent to my uncle's funeral. They offered a measley $15. credit on an $85. order or replacement flowers - IF I RETURNED THE FLOWERS which was impossible as the funeral home disposes of the flowers after the services...from the beginning...I called to request a refund because the flowers were not at all what I had ordered. They put me on hold, returned, and said they'd called the florist and he'd said that he called me and asked if it would be ok if he made substitutions - the florist never called me; it was not true. I was told that I could receive a credit of $15. since I felt it didn't make sense to send replacement flowers to a funeral that had passed. I called the local florist and let him know what they'd said while I was on hold for 21 minutes. The florist expressed his displeasure with the lie. I told the rep that I'd spoken to the florist, they again offered $15. credit. I finally agreed but wanted it noted that I was dissatisfied.After some thought, I decided that perhaps I could send the replacement flowers to my cousins who had just lost their father. When I called back to discuss this with them, the agreed, put me on hold, came back on and said that they'd spoken with the local florist who said he wanted me to return the flowers in question to which I explained was impossible since the funeral home disposes of them after the services. I said that I would call them back after I spoke with the florist myself. The florist said that he never made that demand. I received four hang-up calls from Just Flowers.com between my cell and my home phone (caller id). Still no resolution.
