I purchased countertops from Home Depot and they had Jayar Manufacturing make and install the tops. They did such a poor manufacturing and installation job that I now have cracks, chips, and the tops are coming apart from the wall. I called Home Depot about it and they said I would have to deal with Jayar. I spoke to MaryAnn Castro, very rude and unhelpful, never returned phone calls.
They sent two technicians to look at the countertops and their own technicians said that it was a poor job, edges were poor, shine was poor etc... When I finally reached MaryAnn she said they wouldn't do anything because they said the problem were my kitchen cabinets. I argued that my cabinets were not the problem and would not cause cracks and chips to occur to quartz tops. So they sent another technician who basically said the same thing as the first technician. When we called MaryAnn for an update she said she would have to call the old owner to see if the old owner would replace them. Again they refused. What a copout. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible job.
I called Silestone directly so that they can honor their 15 year warranty/guarantee. That's where I am at this point.

Jayar replaced the customers entire top in April of 2010 to address the issues with the original countertops installed in 2002
