It was a hard but ultimately successful worthwhile endeavor. The fact that it was difficult had more to do with how disorganized we were and nothing to do with IDS itself. The team from IDS was patient with us and walked us through each step of the process. This was integral to our success because after a decade of mismanagement we were entrenched in our habits and processes. It took almost five weeks but they were able to help us unravel years of neglect and make some serious changes. It is going to take some time to see the full extent of these changes but we are already noticing many positive effects. None of this would have been possible with Thomas and his team from IDS.
