Our experience with the IDS team made a profound impact on our financial planning strategy. They changed how we approached our cash flow issues. This alone led too a significant turn around for us. We no longer were running around trying to make payroll. We now only took projects on that were cash flow positive from the start. This allowed us to use our credit lines to scale out instead of covering for loses from working on unprofitable projects.
