We have been looking at ways to improve our reporting system as well as our in house CRM. I know we needed to bring in some outside help to give us a fresh set of eyes. Ryan from IDS was able to come in and help us not only revamp how we approached reporting but also helped us move to a newer CRM system that also helped us track our inventory. Most of our issues were because of our inability to track not only our inventory but also our real time costs. The new system is a lot more complex then our old and IDS also helped us train our staff since it is one they have experience with. I am positive that without their help migrating to our new systems would have ended in disaster.
