We bought our house in a very quiet side of the South Los Angeles area, yet we felt the need to have a security system installed for several reasons; one being that we have two children and our every day valuables. As everyone who just bought a house many adds come in on a daily basis for alarm systems, life insurance, etc... Well, we know of the reputation that ADT security system has and via Integrity Alarms we decided to install right away because our neighbors have been with them for several years now and their feedback was impeccable. I contacted them one night and a rep was out here the next day - installation only a few days later and it's been three months now and all is fine. My son accidentally broke a window with a baseball one day and my phone sounds with the operator asking if everything was fine. I responded by saying, "No everything is not ok, I have to go out and purchase a new window!" We recommend 100%.
