Hats off to Charles Tedesco! He is the service man who installed my system and he was more than courteous. Charles clearly explained what he was doing and how my system would operate. This excellent service didn't stop at Charles, I received the same level with the Customer Service Department. Everyone made an unnerving situation much easier on me.
