As a CONSUMER, I believe in giving credit where credit is due&letting everyone know also feel strongly about letting "the powers that be" know how happy we are with our service from start to end&hope those powers read this,they took care of us! NOT to mention how PROFESSIONAL&CONSIDERATE both Robert (sold it to us)&Desmond (installed it)were. Robert was not only persistent&patient but the day he showed up my husband was literally on his way out the door to a softball game asked if he would/could come back, he was not discouraged and did. He did, he was engaging, answered our questions VERY explanatory&patient. Next comes install day,Desmond was just as helpful engaging patient&he also let me be nosey&watch&ask questions, Im going to add this Desmond was ALSO & to some this does not matter, he was considerate of how&where he "placed" cords/wires nothing was left hanging& his momma raised him right, he cleaned up his mess after. I APPRECIATE THAT he was quick&obviously knows what hes doing.NOW...PRICE? No way you could compare to others WE DID,they gave us a week free too! Service? well weve only biffed 1x &set it off but got to it in the nick of time, so havent had any "interaction" with the verbal end of it &hope we dont! Telling everyone we know how well Integrity Alarms took care of us!
