I ordered bags on October First and till now October 21 I didn't receive anything. I called so many times and they didn't picked up the phone or even replied to mails I sent. And finally I got the chance to chat with one of their customer support and I
believe the only one who said that they lost the tracking and they already shipped it out before .... I wouldn't recommend it to any one ...
