1. They pushed me apply for their credit card by offering me 15% discount on my purchase then they said that there was a problem so the credit card would be processed in a next couple days. They told me that I could purchase items I needed by another credit card, have reimbursement then, and purchase them with their credit card once it would be ready. Later they said that my application was denied (I am wondering why they said so, because my credit score is around 807)
2. I ordered a door and they told me that it would be ready on 11/20/2009 I had a phone call today they told me that my order will be in store on 11/27/2009. This delay will mess up all my plans. Today 11/11/2009 at 1:30 I met with the store manager, a young rude person who aggressively broke my nerves I asked her to cancel the order and have my money reimbursed. She said I should have canceled it within 3 days from the date of purchase I told her, but you did not tell me that you would have delivered the merchandise on 27 instead of 20 within 3 days after my order otherwise I would have canceled it on time. She insisted to refund 85% of my money and I refused I need the BBB intervention and help.
