Horrible director

My oldest son was going here since he was 15months old. I had constant issues and concerns with the director Gail Winters. She said if I had concerns to let her know. Every time I had a concern she never accepted that it was from her daycare at all. She always pointed it in every other direction but it happening in her care. She is the most unprofessional daycare provider I've ever met. She left a scratch on my son's penis and denied it happened there also got really defensive towards me, saying she was safe or comfortable with my son's there anymore. Why? Cuz of her guilty conscience. When that was the only place he was that week, and I do not have nails. Both my sons got bacterial pink eye from her daycare, she denied the got it from there. Their pediatrician confirmed that's the only place they couldve gotten it from. Gail didn't like the fact that I was constantly in a rushing to drop them off and pick them up, I was constantly late for both my jobs because she would always make me wait before finally answering the door. My boys were never ready at pick up either. She's an awful person and if you care about your kids well being. Do not send them here. The staff are older women, her mother who is 90 with dementia should not be holding the baby's at all. Liz is a grumpy older woman who is too slow for the fast kids. One day, I went to pick up my son and when I pulled in the driveway and opened my door, he was right there saying "mommyyy" I was in shock and disbelief. Liz was walking up the hill yelling at my son when she should've been watching him. This daycare is too unprofessional and the staff is not qualified for those kids
