This is the worst company I have ever worked with. When you go to a furniture store and buy an extended warranty, make sure it is not with Global Care Stain Safe because THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU FOR ANY REASON OR ANYTHING!!!! The worst company customer service I have ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
