I would NEVER buy any product from this business again. I purchased the furniture warranty from this business in Feb. 2007 and they were unable to fulfill my claim. So, in July 2008, they sent me a letter promising me a refund of a Prorated amount. I have made several attempts to contact Stainsafe to check the status of my refund and they will not call me back. I have even sent e-mails and have not gotten an update. Here it is November and I am still fighting to get my refund!
