After purchasing a pair of chaps at the Seattle Motorcycle Convention, I attempted to contact the business by phone and in writing. My phone calls to(909) 287-9669 go to a generic voice mail, and have never been answered. My letter to 16 Willow Brook Lane has not been answered.
