I am not even wanting to check one star.
I ordered product and received the wrong thing. Didn't match the number I ordered or the number on the packing slip. Company made me take pictures and email them, then wait 4 weeks to get a replacement. Not good when you are waiting on badly needed toner.
Than I had a toner that would not work and a drum from them that would not work. I emailed three times and noone would even answer me, call me or respond to me. They gave me a phone number to call that wasn't even in service.
