I figured it was a long shot. They told me it might not happen. But they did it! They actually saved my home. I had a sale date on my home when i contacted them. They were able to help me get it removed and then through their help was able to get all of the documents the bank needed and the dozens of other bits of info they kept asking for to be reviewed and then approved for a resinstatement. I was really far behind too so I figured the bank wasn't going to stop now. And trust me they didn't make it easy either! So much back and fourth and saying they didn't get documents that had been sent 3 or 4 times. But these guys keep doing brevity (not totally sure what that mean but i guess doing complaints and things) which eventually got them to approve me. I'm so grateful!
