I cannot believe this company is still in Business!?

The ONLY reason I give BananaHobby one Star is because there is no "0" star rating! They are the absolute worst online company I have done business with. They do not answer their phones or emails. I returned an absolutely unused and totally new RC Helicopter after a lengthy process to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization and after over a MONTH now I still have NOT received my purchase refund...I've never had to wait this long (still waiting) ever from any online company to get a refund....I think I may never ever get it back as on the BBB website they list "a failure to provide refunds" as one of the MANY reasons they lost their BBB rating in March 2011 (it is now an "F" Rating). If you still want to roll the dice and do business with this company and have a like experience, remember you read about it here first! Neither I nor any family members or any of my friends will ever buy from this shameful company again!
