I finished my refinance with American Interbanc last week. I was concerned about doing business with online company at the beginning, but since American Interbanc provides a low refi rate,I would like give it a try. I was so surprised that I received a response within 12 hours when I sent a general question through their website. I talked to Mr. Curameng, he is very professional and patient, he answered all my questions and concerns, he explained whole procedure for online refi. I felt more comfortable for doing business with them after the conversation. I completed online application and original documents. When I was done these initial steps, I contacted back and Mr. Curameng helped me to lock the rate at the same day(I am so satisfied with this rate, it went up the next day and never go back that low again). Everything going so smooth, they also work close with 3rd party company like appraisal, mobile notary, title company, escrow...I totally have no complaint. Mr. Curameng works close with me, he always reply my emails very quick, and every time I need talk to him he is right there to pick up my phone. I am very happy with my refi with American Interbanc. Although my close date was a little bit delay which is acceptable because there were 2 major holidays involved, my case closed right after New Year, earlier than I expected. I would highly recommend American Interbanc to my friends, they are doing good business and they do care about the customers. And also thanks Mr. Curameng for your nice customer service!
