BAD! BAD! BAD!

Called the day before to want to pick up early. Unprofessional, uncaring and never returned phone calls. Below is what the complaint submitted to them 30 days ago and still have yet to hear back from them
? Carrier did not provide a copy of the "Your Rights And Responsibilities When You Move" pamphlet.
? Carrier did not provide written description of the complaint or inquiry process.
? Carrier did not inform the shipper of the availability of a neutral arbitration process.
? Carrier did not honor a binding estimate.
? Carrier did not notify the shipper of a service delay in the shipment delivery.
? Scheduled delivery date: 08/28/2012
? Actual delivery date: 09/13/2012
Company showed up on day and charged me an additional $500 for the move. When asked for an up to date typed new invoice never provided. Was verbally told furniture would arrive in 10 days and took 27 days. Would not return phone calls. On invoice did not provide / fill in first available date of delivery. Upon deliver charged me an additional 75 for long haul and 75 for flight of stairs. Did not provide receipt for second $75. I have copy of binding contact in my email that they sent me. Ended up spending close to $750 in additional costs for house hold supplies such as a futon to sleep on, lots, pans, work clothes etc
