Worse moving experience ever

I have moved across the country several times now. This company has added unnecessary stress to my move. The best part of the experience was Jolene who set up my move, she was the reason I used them, but it's downhill from there. The movers jacked up the bill by putting our smaller boxes into theirs, they charge $40 for a wardrobe box, we made them break down two of them, used 18 ($6) rolls of tape on a house that was 95% boxed and taped up when they arrived. All in all our "est" was raised by almost $800 by the time the truck was packed, I understand it's an estimate but that is poor guessing on their part. We have yet to receive our house and can not get an answer from them on when to expect delivery. At this time it has been 22 days. I'm filing complaints with the Attorney's General of the states. The "delivery manager" is rude and the 2 times we were actually able to track him down on the phone he was angry with us for wanting to know where our stuff was! Tells us it takes time to schedule this stuff, it's been 3 weeks, I grew up with the trucking business it shouldn't. If it takes him that much time to figure it out he shouldn't be in that position. I would NOT recommend this company no matter how nice the sales staff is!
