My ice maker is working like new again

I own a small business in Los Angeles, and we rely heavily on our ice maker. For the last few months, we had an issue with it that we couldn't figure out- our machine started making only hollow ice cubes. This became a problem because some of our clients actually began to complain about it and question our quality. As any business owner can attest to, things not working properly causes enough problems, but negative customer feedback can be especially concerning. I called Airflow and talked to one of the repair professionals about our issue. He instantly came up with several reasons our ice maker could be malfunctioning and suggested we consider having it serviced over trying to fix a possibly complex problem ourselves. I did end up taking that recommendation and Airflow sent somebody out within a couple days. The professional repair technician really knew his stuff and brought all kinds of tools and parts with him. While watching him work, I realized there was no way we could've completed this repair on our own- Airflow definitely made the right suggestion and my ice maker was working like new again once they were finished! We haven't had a single issue or complaint since thanks to Airflow!
