I'm happy with the service I received

I own a sandwich shop and our cooler broke down for the first time ever. As you can imagine, I was freaking out. My business literally rides on this cooler working to refrigerate a lot of the sandwich ingredients and keep things fresh for my customers. Since closing down for even half a day is a huge loss in revenue and product, I was really hesitant on what to do. I had read about Airflow's amazing service online and decided to call and explain my situation. They said they are very knowledgeable about commercial appliances. They have actually serviced a lot of the businesses around me in the past. I thought I would have to pay more for a rush job, but they had a repair specialist come out to the store within a few hours. He had everything he needed and explained he had done a lot of jobs like this one in the past. That really put me at ease, and he even let me watch him work on the cooler for awhile (honestly, I am a bit paranoid about my business assets). I don't have much else to say. The repair worked and I'm happy with the service I received.
