Airflow has the best customer service I've ever received. My Kenmore air conditioner unit broke down recently. This is a nightmare and a pressing issue when it's August in California. I found Airflow after a search on the web and actually scheduled an appointment online. I really liked that I was able to do that, because I didn't have to spend time on the phone and they had all my info written for them already. They called to confirm which only took 30 seconds and that was it. The tech was already at my house 2 hours later. I was so impressed with this service that I've recommended them to everyone I know. I can't believe how courteous the tech was. It was hot and miserable in my house, but the technician worked away and never complained. He was very friendly for what a miserable job I needed done. The repair took a couple hours and then every issue was resolved. The price for the repair was around what I expected and very worth it for a job well done. Thanks to Airflow for a great repair job and a special thanks to the repairman who worked in the heat without complaint.
