Hi Margie,
This company has been around for a few years at least - since 2003. I know he's been on the radio for some time (his show is "brokered radio", meaning it's kind of like a paid infomercial, not that those are necessarily bad). The complaint record looks good.

I have done business with him and I am having to sue him. He took my money and ran and I am not kidding. Offered a refund and never came through. Will not answer calls, only avoids contact at all cost. Check the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Just filed complaints there. You are not looking very hard for his complaint records if you cant find any.

He took stole our money too. We tried to get it back for months. He didn't respond until we filed a complaint with BBB. He wanted us to sign a settlement agreement that states that we would erase our bad comments about him and never speak ill of him again. We refused to sign because we don't believe that he would refund the money after we sign the settlement. He still is refusing to give us a refund. Ken Michaels is a fraud. Don't trust him because you may never see your money again.
